獲得旅行許可的更新要求通知

1. PURPOSE

1．目的

1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide updates regarding the requirement of obtaining a Travel Authorization for International Students to enter Malaysia.

1.1 本公告的目的是提供有關(guān)獲得國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞的旅行許可要求的最新信息。

1.2 The bulletin is a follow up from the previous bulletin sent by EMGS on 18th January 2021 (Update #12 – Standard Operating Procedures During and After Covid-19 Pandemic Movement Control Order) which states the following:

1.2 該公告是EMGS 于2021 年1 月18 日發(fā)送的上一份公告（更新#12 – Covid-19 大流行運(yùn)動(dòng)控制令期間和之后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序）的后續(xù)公告，其中說(shuō)明以下內(nèi)容：

1.2.1 New International Students – Travel Authorization will be auto-generated and made available for download through EMGS Website once the eVAL is approved.

1.2.1 新國(guó)際學(xué)生- 旅行授權(quán)將自動(dòng)生成并在eVAL 獲得批準(zhǔn)后可通過(guò)EMGS 網(wǎng)站下載。

1.2.2 Existing International Students – To apply and submit the Travel Authorization to EMGS for approval. Once it is approved, Travel Authorization will be made available for download through EMGS Website.

1.2.2 現(xiàn)有國(guó)際學(xué)生– 向EMGS 申請(qǐng)并提交旅行授權(quán)以供批準(zhǔn)。一旦獲得批準(zhǔn)，將可以通過(guò)EMGS 網(wǎng)站下載旅行授權(quán)。

1.3 The Immigration Department of Malaysia has issued a press statement on 28th October 2021 to exempt International Students with a valid student pass to enter Malaysia without applying for a Travel Authorization via EMGS.     

1.3 馬來(lái)西亞移民局于2021 年10 月28 日發(fā)布新聞聲明，豁免持有有效學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證的國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞，而無(wú)需通過(guò)EMGS 申請(qǐng)旅行授權(quán)。

2. IMPLEMENTATION

2. 實(shí)施

2.1 Effective from 1st November 2021, the Immigration Department of Malaysia will allow International Students with the valid student pass to enter Malaysia without applying for the Travel Authorization via EMGS. Kindly note that the student pass must be valid at the point of entry into Malaysia.

2.1 自2021 年11 月1 日起，馬來(lái)西亞移民局將允許持有有效學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證的國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞，而無(wú)需通過(guò)EMGS 申請(qǐng)旅行授權(quán)。請(qǐng)注意，學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證必須在進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞時(shí)有效。

2.2 Students whose pass expired from February 2020 are still allowed to enter Malaysia however they must apply and obtain a Travel Authorisation via EMGS.

2.2 2020 年2 月過(guò)期的學(xué)生仍然可以進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞，但他們必須通過(guò)EMGS 申請(qǐng)并獲得旅行授權(quán)。

2.3 There are no changes to the process for New International Students to enter Malaysia. They are still required to obtain the Travel Authorisation via EMGS prior to entering Malaysia. The Travel Authorization will be auto generated and made available for download through EMGS Website once the eVAL is approved.

2.3 新國(guó)際學(xué)生進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞的程序沒(méi)有變化。他們?nèi)匀恍枰谶M(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞之前通過(guò)EMGS 獲得旅行授權(quán)。一旦eVAL 獲得批準(zhǔn)，旅行授權(quán)將自動(dòng)生成并可以通過(guò)EMGS 網(wǎng)站下載。

2.4 The validity of the Travel Authorization for New and Existing students remains unchanged.

2.4 新老學(xué)生旅行授權(quán)的有效期保持不變。

2.5 Please note that the entrance procedures upon arrival in Malaysia is still subject to the existing Malaysian Immigration Department regulations that are still in force as well as the health screening and quarantine procedures by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

2.5 請(qǐng)注意，抵達(dá)馬來(lái)西亞后的入境程序仍需遵守現(xiàn)行的馬來(lái)西亞移民局規(guī)定以及馬來(lái)西亞衛(wèi)生部的健康檢查和檢疫程序。
